Easy word searches in kid-friendly holiday themes are a great way to plan an extra activity.
These printable word puzzles can be used to reinforce a weekly theme. They are also a fun and educational way to entertain children when the weather makes it hard to get outdoors. Each of the word search puzzles involves a theme that children can relate to.
With large letters and only 5 words to find, the following printables are perfect for the beginner. The words can be found horizontally or vertically. There are no diagonal or backwards words.
NOTE: All of the word searches are available for personal use only. Daycare providers, teachers and parents are welcome to print in quantity as needed.

Nine to twelve words. Some diagonal words. No backwards words.
Level 3 – A bit of a challenge
Minimum of fifteen words. Can be in any direction including backwards.
